Failed to Deliver
If the carrier can’t deliver the items because of a wrong address or customer unclaimed the package, it’ll be returned to the default return address and you will be contacted by email.
Lost in transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges require items to be in new, unused, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging within 30 days of estimated delivery date.
Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse, We are happy to exchange an item of equal value if the original item you ordered is not to your liking.
Damages and Defective Items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
